Ingredients:

25ml – Luckybird Passionfruit Syrup
37.5ml – Gin
37.5ml – lemon juice
Soda water
Fresh lemon slice
Method:
Shake gin; lemon juice & syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into your glass of choice filled with ice
Top with soda water & stir
Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon
