Scarlet Sunset

It’s not your average martini, it’s a chic and sultry Strawberry & Rosemary martini.

Ingredients:

25ml – Luckybird Strawberry Syrup
50ml – gin
20ml – lemon juice
Rosemary & orange bitters
20ml – cellulose / egg white
Fresh sprig of rosemary
Method:
Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice
Shake; dry shake & fine strain
Pour into martini glass
Garnish & Serve!
