Ingredients:
25ml – Luckybird African Ginger Syrup
15ml – 25ml Campari
15ml – lemon juice
25ml – Sir Fruit Pineapple juice
20ml – cellulose / egg white
Fresh lemon zest

Method:
Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice
Shake & fine strain
Pour into martini glass or tumbler
Garnish & Serve!
